Robin let out a scream as Pascal picked him up, but once he heard the familiar voice, his fear switched to happiness quickly. "Pascal!" He yells, deciding right now not to leave the tan gros side. Piper looks at Pascal, then back at Ares. "You're not as scary as this one." She points out to them. But her eyes lit up at the idea of her family growing. "But, you're my uncle?" She didn't even know what that meant but she was excited about it. April chuckles nervously. "Sorry about that. She takes after Kindle a lot. But not knowing when to shut up.. she gets that from me." She says jokingly. Pascal chuckled as he shifted to let robin climb onto his shoulders, to get a good view of everyone. "Yes lil one, i am! Your mamas and I have been close friends since we were your age, they're like sisters to me, just like your family." He smiled and stood up fully, claw shifting back to the egg in the pouch. "I can't wait for the baby to hatch, i hope you can become good friends."

Persephone smiled as she saw Pascal join them. She couldn't remember seeing him look so happy before. She let the two males bond for a moment before out waving at him. "What a great day for a party. Sorry I didn't mention bringing my brother with me, but I knew he would be dying to try anything you baked for this." She said with a slight giggle. Ares turned to flatten his ears at his sister, annoyed she was treating him as if he was a wyngling himself. "Your uncle may not look scary like me, but he is probably tougher than me. From what I hear, he can do fire magic like your mama." Ares told the little purple wyngling. Persephone couldn't help herself as she tried not to laugh at April's remark. "Don't worry about it. We all know she doesn't mean anything by it." She told the purple quad. She then turned her attention back to Piper and gently stroked the little girl's cheek. "You're a very lucky girl to have such a big family."

Pascal turned to Perf and Ares, smile still on his muzzle. "it's been a while since i've seen both of you guys- Ares I don't think I've seen you since you were a wyngling, you and mabel are around the same age." He chuckled, looking around to see if his sister had shown up yet. "It's crazy seeing so many wyngro we'd known as kids and how they look now." Ares couldn't help but blush a little at Pascal's comment.

"Yeah I guess it has been a while. You guys were all growing up shortly after I hatched." He muttered. He wasn't ever the best when it came to having attention on him. Piper looks to her mother and then says with a very questioning expression. "What is an Uncle?" April was taken aback by the question, as they seemed to have move on in the topic. She laughs a little and shakes her head. "Traditionally, it would be your mothers brother. However, in this case, I grew up with Pascal, so hes not actually my brother. But he basically is. I was his sisters house mate."

"So they should be living in our house!" Piper says, turning back to Pascal and the egg.

"No." Robin says on Pascals shoulder. "Thats not exactly right..Though I would like that." He says to Pascal. April chuckles and looks to Persephone.

"Well, it would be hard to fit the whole family in one spot- but luckily we all still live very close by and you're always welcome to come visit us whenever you want to." Pascal said to the tiny purple gro.

"Kids right. You got lucky only having Ares." April jokes.

At April's comment, Persephone could feel her stomach sink. No one but Ares knew about her daughter, and she had wanted to keep it that way. Still, she hated lying to her friends. Especially ones who had always been so close. April had been right. They all grew up together, they might as well all be family. "Yeah, I guess I am lucky. Having a brother is more than enough for me." She said as she played with the ribbon on her ear. She had kept the ribbon April had given her so long ago, and it had become a slight nervous habit to fidget with it when she got scared or anxious. Ares meanwhile, wasn't going to accept that. He hadn't, and wouldn't forgive his sister anytime soon. He could already feel his anger on the subject begin to bubble, but he held back, not wanting to upset their host with their family drama

Pascal looked to Perf, noticing something off about her disposition, but he brushed it off and didn't want to push. "Heh, well, i never expected my family to grow so big- and still growing! Alex keeps adopting more, heh..." He ushers over to his mate, who had another gray egg in her pouch as she talked to some other guests. "It's hard to believe three of my babies have already grown up... It's hard letting them go, but i'm proud of them and happy that i've been able to raise them in a loving environment and give them a home to call their own.. Now they're up and about living their own lives. It's an overwhelming feeling- though i'm even more excited to see this little one through it all over again-" He loved all his children, but there was something about this child being his own flesh and blood that just made him tear up.

April could feel the tears in her own eyes starting to force their way up. "I understand. I have two children who have grown up.." She pauses for a second, unable to talk about Spectre without the threat of sobbing. But she looks to Piper and smiles widely, and then to Robin. "But I couldn't imagine not having my 3 wynglings in my life. They are all so important to me." She quickly swoops Piper up in her arms and presses her nose against the top of her head in a loving Boop.

Persephone just kept feeling more and more uncomfortable as her friends spoke. She wanted to join them. She wanted to talk about having a family too. She did love her brother very much... she just couldn't give her daughter that same love. She really had tried to love that little girl. She wanted to feel the same way April and Pascal did about their kids, but each time she tried she failed. She would look into her daughter's eyes, and she could see the same gaze that the girl's father had. For now though, she did her best to just smile at her friends, and just try to feel happy for them. "You are both so lucky to have such beautiful children." She told them.

Ares however, was feeling something different from the scene. He could see these two loving families, and he felt two things. The first, was jealousy. He wanted that more than anything, especially as a wyngling. He wanted to know what those kids felt, and be able to remember it as he grew up. The other thing, was anger. It was only growing stronger as he heard Persephone try and hide what had happened. She didn't want anyone to know what she had done, and where the evidence of her mistake was. She had even hid except for magic class while her pouch had been visible, because she didn't want anyone to know. How dare she just try and forget about that little girl that he had to abandon for her! "Stop pretending that they are so lucky, when you could have been just as happy as they are now." Ares growled at his sister, forgetting that they were not only in front of her friends, but their children too.

I did the quickest of all backgrounds because as of right now I have 5 minutes to post this, oops.
